Job Description
- Partner with VP specific Vertical to address and improve existing scenario, provide forward looking plans, strategize and manage key initiatives
- Be the main POC for the Vertical in terms of overall direction, high impact deployments, and escalation
- Provide high visibility to Execs, Account Management, Global Leads, and Clients related to governance and business reviews
- Co-own several key accounts in terms of overall Innovation management
- Oversee several Innovation Managers/Senior Managers in terms of deliverables, performance, and upskilling
- Meet or exceed the agreed targets for Innovation metrics
