Job Title: Associate Director (Financial Planning Analyst)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial aspects of the organization.
Will play a key role in building and shaping the finance infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems.
Weekly expense report and cash flow forecasting
Fortnightly bank reconciliation
Monthly payroll and closing of books.
Manage AR/AP process for timely collections and payments.
Monitor monthly Fixed Asset Register
Monthly Financial and KPI Reports
Monthly Variance Analysis and KPI/Trend Analysis
Ad-hoc Projects as requested.
Budgeting / FP&A
Portfolio review and reporting
Job Qualifications:
Must be a CPA.
Has at least 5 years of work experience in Accounting/Audit
Has an experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule:
8am to 5pm
