Global Content & Technology Solutions Group
Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Content & Technology Solutions group as Associate DataFeed Specialist. The Global Content & Technology Solutions Group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet's datafeed products. Our aim is to streamline our client's internal processes with FactSet data delivery via FTP or web services.

You will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions for our clients. Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
Day to day support of existing clients
Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure every client receives the best solution to their needs
Work with global specialists on the set-up of new datafeeds
Provide feedback to Product Developers about schedule features, critical bugs and improvements which impact the customer experience of our products

Job Requirements
A relevant Tech/Finance degree or equivalent (Finance + engineering is ideal)
Relevant Experience is required
Experience in one or more programming/query language - or a relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude
Good financial knowledge
Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Desire to learn and work with new technologies
Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client facing role
Other Preferred Qualifications
Previous client facing experience
Experience in statistical packages such as Matlab, R, SAS, SPSS, etc
