Position Responsibilities The Associate Customer Success Manager (Assoc. CSM) is responsible for assisting Customer Success Managers by providing research support for customer requests, troubleshooting issues with the GovWin IQ portal and providing e Position Responsibilities The Associate Customer Success Manager (Assoc. CSM) is responsible for assisting Customer Success Managers by providing research support for customer requests, troubleshooting issues with the GovWin IQ portal and providing expertise for various connector tools. The Assoc. CSM is responsible for: Providing research support for a team of CSMs by pulling data requested by the customer from the GovWin IQ portal. This includes delivering excel files with data downloaded based on the customer's criteria Logging research requests using the internal case system in salesforce Troubleshooting missed opportunity alerts or updates by researching saved searches & opportunity criteria and recommending adjustments Assists with copying, modifying or transferring saved search criteria Developing and creating searches upon customer request Specialize in setting up connectors for Sales Force, Web Services and TOONs administration The Assoc. CSM typically reports to a Team Lead, Manager, or Sr. Manager within the Customer Success organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience . 2+ years of experience in sales, a customer service field, or equivalent experience . Has working knowledge in Salesforce and other CRM platforms . Strong verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills . Excellent time management and organizational skills . Enthusiastic, hard-working, and has a pleasant attitude . Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet research . Able to work extended hours (to cover various US time zones) . Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities . Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others' ideas . Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer and business tracking, follow-up, and team coverage . Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class customer experience
