Role: Associate I, Credit
Responsibilities:
> Review documents and approvals for new account application/creation
> Setup account that has complete documents and has complied to policies and guidelines
> Handle and address mailbox inquiries, direct to other concerned departments as necessary
> Daily operations coverage for PTOs and as needed by the business
SLA by Systems:
Impulse Account Creation US 3 hrs
SAP and Shipwire US 24 hrs
Mailboxes US 24 hours
Average volume per month across all tools is at 564
