Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly balance sheet review for in-scope entities in Latin America (LAM) region, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles
Conduct financial statement analysis, coordinate with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and provide reports on operational results
Coordinate internal control attestation with relevant control performers
Relevant additional tasks, as deemed necessary
The position will primarily report to and support LAM Regional Controllers
Who we are looking for
MBA or Post Graduate in Finance or an equivalent qualification
5 to 7 years' experience in Finance
Excellent understanding of finance and business
Knowledge of MAERSK Systems preferred but not required.
An analytical mind that is able to link/ relate to and analyze information
Superior Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
Familiar with MS Office
