Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Consumer Insights Associate (Beverages)!
The Consumer Insights Associate will be responsible for helping develop marketing and commercial strategies for the category using consumer, shopper, customer, retail and market data and insights. It entails partnering with cross-functional teams to solve category-specific issues, as well as managing research projects and/or analysis for the category that is needed to grow the business.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Playing a knowledge management role for the category with the purpose of advising the marketing team so that they can make informed risk-assessed decisions
Leading the identification and prioritization of key consumer/shopper/customer issues and opportunities that drive category growth
Championing the consumer and keeping the organization in touch with their needs, motivations and behavior
Implementing/elevating URC protocols and insights practice as well as contribution to the development of the CMI function locally and regionally.
What are the Qualifications?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Statistics, Economics, Communication Research or any other equivalent degree
At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in market research (quantitative)
Familiar with different research protocols and has basic knowledge in running statistical tools such as SPSS
Good communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented and highly-analytical
Preferably with FMCG background or from a related industry
