A Day In The Life:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Act as the centralized support on APAC Sales Incentive Plan administration.
Provides support during Annual Rewards Planning, including but not limited to bonus, merit, and year-end promotion administration.
Supports the administration of company employee benefits, wellness, and compensation programs.
Partners with the Total Rewards COEs and internal HR Teams to resolve escalated employee queries within defined timelines
Handle ad hoc Total Rewards projects as assigned
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree required
Your profile
1-3 years relevant experience performing sales incentive calculations and sales compensation administration
Must be proficient is Microsoft Excel
Demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills
