Job Description
The Capacity Management and Business Initiatives team is responsible for the management and delivery of projects and strategic initiatives to support the Chief Administrative Office of the Corporate Centers, Philippines. The Business Analyst will play a highly visible individual contributor role by working closely with local executive leadership and supporting service delivery of various corporate functions as well as leading internal projects of the CAO.
Responsibilities include:
Business results
Aid in the delivery of location strategy and internal projects through effective data management and report optimization
Manage project timelines and track and execute against required deliverables
Ensure that monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables is established
Participate and lead, when needed, in strategic business priorities and CAO-driven initiatives
Manage multiple projects and reports with short or varying deadlines
Assist with ad hoc requests by ensuring completion under tight timelines
Client/customer focus
Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution
Participate and lead, when needed, in CAO-driven initiatives
Teamwork and Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to drive progress against initiatives and to accomplish end goals
Build proactive partnerships with business and functional partners
Risk and Controls
Manage risks/issues project level and escalate as necessary
Qualifications
5+ Experience in Project Management or Business Management
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution
Ability to articulate business requirements, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple messages that senior stakeholders can easily understand
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Effective in time management
Highly organized with strong attention to details
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Tableau, Exceptor, Alteryx, etc) preferred
