Job Description:
This role will report to the Philippine Fixed Asset Management ("PFAM") who is responsible for centralized control, monitoring and recording of all fixed assets in compliance with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Implementing Rules and Regulations and other local government agencies. PFAM Analyst performs the accounting processes that track Fixed Assets for the purpose of financial reporting, government compliance, and risk management. Fixed Assets are resources which enable the company to carry out its registered activity with PEZA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible in processing corresponding Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) documents in behalf of JPMC; ensuring that documentation are compliant per PEZA and BOC guidelines and completing further conditions/requirements in relation thereto.
Responsible in renewing accreditations, registrations and permits from the Local Government Unit, DENR, NTC, and other government agencies that may be required by PEZA or BOC.
Strict implementation of Fixed Asset Management policies and procedure to ensure compliance to all applicable PEZA, BoC and firm policies and guidelines;
Responsible in generating reports based on the data/information coming from the company's Fixed Asset Database and corporate stakeholders
Responsible in maintaining a filing system in compliance with PEZA accountable forms and BoC auditable forms and responsible in filing liquidation thereto in accordance with PEZA requirement
Provide guidance and support on regulatory gatekeeping and reporting for critical site and business strategy-related projects
Adapt to and execute changes to regulatory requirements
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal Corporate Groups and Lines of Businesses, as well as with external stakeholder outside the firm
Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental and team procedures and applicable system enhancement
Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental procedures and applicable tools/systems
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Requires bachelor Degree, or equivalent work experience related in fixed asset management and inventory in a BPO environment.
Knowledge on Local Regulators such as PEZA, BOC, NTC, Local Government Units and other government agencies
Prior project management skills is an advantage
Previous experience on any of the following Access Database, Tableau, and Sharepoint Site Administration
Requires superior written and verbal communication skills
High degree of self-motivation with excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
High energy level and sense of urgency
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform with ambiguous and/or changing direction/flexibility a must
Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Team-oriented attitude
