Job Description ● Plan and implement appropriate support documentation, Service
Level Agreements (SLA), and work plan for each application;
● Ensure alignment with stakeholders about application support
policies, procedures and SLA;
● Ensure client satisfaction on application support services by resolving
any raised issue or challenges;
● Generate and present reports to key stakeholders about the
performance of the assigned applications; and
● Align, manage, and negotiate with partnered service providers to
ensure the quality of the applications.
Job Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science,
information technology, information systems, computer engineering,
or similar;
● 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a lead or leading a department
or a team in an IT environment, preferably Maintenance and Support
Department.
● Must have a high-level understanding of modern tech stack (Flutter,
React, Native iOS/Android)
● Must have a strong background in Software Development Lifecycle
Compensation 50000
Compensation Range ₱30,000 - ₱50,000
