We're currently looking for:
A Post Sales Analytics Leader who will report to the VP of Operations in the US and has a dotted line responsibility to various functional leaders across post sales supporting our Chief Customer Officer. He/She is responsible for driving the analytics strategy across a team of analysts covering Customer Support, Professional services, Voice of Customer and Customer Success. This leader will manage a team of skilled and dedicated managers and analysts.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Software company in a similar role or have a consulting background. Key activities for this person including:
Supporting the development of the team and leaders of the post sales analytics functions
Developing relationships with the functional owners and making sure analytics are helping them improve decision making
Driving a strategy to automate core reporting. This involves working with data engineering teams on ETL and data design
Guiding the teams to provide insights to opportunities for the functional groups (Support, PS, CSM, VOC)
Supporting the headcount modeling and management process
Support the Annual budgeting process for post sales through models, reporting and validation of data
Desired Qualifications:
Skills with Salesforce.com reporting, Tableau, PowerBI and Anaplan are strongly desired.
