Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Overseeing EMEA Alarm monitoring operations by ensuring alarms received are responded timely within established SLAs, investigated adequately and closed with the appropriate closure comments.
Rostering and deployment by ensuring trained manpower resource deployed on a 24/7 basis inclusive of weekdays, weekends and public holidays. This will include managing scheduled absences, unscheduled absences and any other occurrence that will have an impact to manpower deployment.
Vendor relationship. Reviewing and managing delivery of service as per contract. Ensuring documentations (timesheets, invoices, etc) are submitted timely and accurately, to facilitate processing.
Provide operational inputs to the security system design lifecycle (Planning, analysis, design, implement and Maintenance) in accordance to JPMC Global standards.
Remote support for locations assigned by GS Regional Technical Security Director(s); Managing and documenting execution of preventative maintenance test and any other form of testing.
Review Faults raised by the alarm monitoring teams. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure faults are addressed timely, efficiently and effectively.
Attend scheduled calls/meetings with internal/external stakeholders for matters relating to Alarm Monitoring operations.
Support end-to-end system migration. Self-motivated to learn via manuals / documentations, with support provided by system vendors and JPM stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
Ensure assigned hotline, shared Mailbox are monitored 24/7 and responded timely.
Conduct supervisory review to meet expected deliverable and SLA's are met. Deviations to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
System checks are conducted are per defined scheduled, with proper documentation into SharePoint or any other depository.
Ensure the team are carrying out 90 day critical door testing with site reps and logged on the SharePoint site.
Manage the diary for booked project testing with vendors for AMC final sign off. All documentation to be collated and sent to the regional leads.
Qualifications
Competencies and Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team operating security systems, which includes but not limited to the following; Access Controls, CCTV Surveillance, Alarms Monitoring, Key Management, Intrusion and any other security related applications.
The following key qualities are expected for the position: -
Proven knowledge and experience working with Security Systems and Enterprise Systems which include but not limited to the following resources:
Lenel OnGuard
Genetec
Traka
SharePoint
Good understanding of networking and servers' architectures will be advantageous.
Network, Communication & Storage - Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Storage, etc.
Access and Devices - Biometric devices, Card Readers, CCTVs, etc.
Proven planning, organizing & decision making skills.
Ability to think and act independently to resolve operational issues.
Ability to lead teams in delivering high quality expectations.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations.
Ability to innovate, with willingness to explore technological aspect for betterment of work processes.
Self-motivated individual with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Good written and oral communications skills (in English)
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Specialization in Computers Sciences, Engineering or Electronics will be advantageous.
System Certification preferred for the following application;
Genetec Mission Control Admin Certification Training - MC-ACT-001
Genetec Security Center: Omnicast Technical Certification - SC-OTC-001
Level OnGuard Certified Associate (LCA)
Working hours : Business hours (0900hrs - 1800hrs) from Monday to Friday.
Flexibility to work on weekends and 24 hours callout whenever required.
