Carries out pre-licensing related activities including: a) ensuring completeness of documentary requirements with corresponding approvals for submitted license applications. b) coordinating with field managers for the completion of pending requirements for licensing and coding.2. Facilitates license applications by: a) preparing, coordinating and following-up of check payments to the Insurance Commission (IC); b) registration of license applications in the Insurance Commission's E-Licensing System; c) coordinating and/or following-up the approval and release of the licenses.3. Carries out pre-coding related activities including; a) notifying field managers of licenses approved or under PA b) endorsement to Licensing Backroom of new advisors' effective date of coding; c) preparing and (timely) releasing of Advisors' Contracting Kit.Preferred Skills:1. Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, MS Office - Excel, Word Knowledge of 2. the Insurance Commissions' requirements for licensing of insurance advisors.Qualifications:1.
