Data Extraction: Utilize advanced Excel techniques to extract and compile relevant data from various sources.
Report Generation: Generate daily reports showcasing key metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data that provide insights into the business's operations, client interactions, and sales activities.
Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data extracted and reported, performing thorough quality checks and validation procedures to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
Report Customization: Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand their specific reporting needs and customize daily reports accordingly.
Data Analysis: Analyze trends and patterns within the reports to identify potential areas for improvement, growth opportunities, and actionable insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Data Analysts, and IT, to ensure smooth data flow and reporting processes.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
Hours: 9am - 6pm EST (remote)
Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Prior experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting is a plus.
