Job Description:

Reviews/analyses payments credited in outstanding disbursement account and processes them accordingly.
Handles replacement of stale dated checks as requested by advisors and clients.
Assists in processing reinstatement transactions as needed. Refers non-speedy requests/transactions to underwriter for appraisal. Ensures that all related data in the systems have been reviewed and checked before endorsing the case to underwriting.
Handles, reviews, and resolves inquiries falling within one's level of authority either through Salesforce, telephone, e-mail, counter and correspondence in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manner.
Processes refund of reinstatement deposits due to non-submission of requirements or declined/postponed underwriting decision.
Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)
Knowledge of Life insurance (Traditional and VUL) and Pre-need products.
Knowledge on what is Reinstatement.
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
Graduate of 4-year course preferably Business Administration
With 2 years experience in Life Insurance preferably in Operations/Reinstatement.
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
Responsible for reviewing the payments credited in O/S disbursement for Lapsed policies/plans and timely sending of reinstatement requirements.
Processes Disbursement requests due to non-submission of reinstatement requirements using CAS and prepares cover letter using LGS.
