Job Responsibilities
Assist in generating department work instructions and guidelines.
Assist training newly hired employees.
Understand and enter complaints in iQMS.
Monitor and enter customer orders.
Screen POs & contracts for discrepancy and inconsistency.
Update JDE and EnterpriseOne fields for smooth order processing.
Inform other departments of order requirements and probably order risk
Coordinate with internal & external customers PH manufacturing requirements.
Follow instructions & guidelines set my management.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform other duties as required by departmental procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
Previous work within an office environment and team management.
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience.
Customer Account management experience.
Good working knowledge of aviation and aerospace industry.
Experience using SAP ERP software.
Has background/knowledge with JDE system.
