What is in it for you We are seeking someone who has established themselves within the insurance industry, ideally with a strong bias from one of the following Power, Energy, Property or Construction Lines. The successful candidate will join the team and will be responsible for building client relationships, managing existing book of business and assisting in acquiring new clients. We will count on you to: Use significant risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solution that meets needs of the clients. Develop go-to market strategy and articulates value of Client Executive & Placement Broking role to the clients and carriers. Understand and facilitate coverage specifications/ requirements and obtains best quotes and coverage from carriers. Implement client agreed placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service. Bind coverage, maintains documentation, with responsibility/ accuracy of coverage completion. Assist and handle offensive and defensive tenders from the region. Create and maintain relationship with risk carriers/ insurance underwriters, colleagues in the regional offices and clients. Interface closely with client executives and in-country teams to support client and account retention, and facilitate in development of new business. Drive placement and technical support activities on assigned accounts - ensuring procedural compliance, review data, update annual renewal exhibits, supervision of timely operational invoicing, to ensure contract execution and completion as required. Advise and appraise management about client issues or trends through clear communication and participate in development of solutions thereof. What you need to have: 5 to 10 years' experience in broking and/or reinsurance field. Relevant specialty experience is not required. What makes you stand out: Excellent people management, time management, presentation and problem solving skills. Good communication and written skills in English. Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
