The Business Risk Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of key changes to the business by leading Global Change Management (GCM) process
Creating and managing end to end calendar with critical steps, dependencies and dates
Hosting kick-off calls with change owner to gather stakeholders, begin impact assessment and identify leads from each functional group to be part of the project
Help change owners craft clear messages that address all stakeholder questions (including Legal & Compliance)
Build and develop partnerships with potential initiators/ change owners, channel leads and stakeholders by:
Provide ongoing 1:1 consultative training to change owners on both process and tools during the course of their GCM, as well as provide general training to raise awareness of GCM process
Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings
Assist in awareness campaigns and communications of Global Change Management objectives, process
Develop analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements
Contribute to developing enhancements of Work Flow Management tool
Provide thought leadership in continually reviewing process and identifying improvements
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:
5-8 years Project Management experience in financial services, control compliance or legal disciplines
Experience with work-flow systems
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented

The Country Third Party Risk Management Analyst is responsible for providing full support to the Country Third Party Risk Manager in the execution of Third Party Management-related governance and oversight activities, including coordination with Business Activity Owners in the performance of requirements for existing or new Third Party Management arrangements and adherence to local regulatory and Citi policy requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Analyst Role supports the Country Third Party Risk Manager in delivering below functions:
Manage Country Third Party Risk Management Steering Committee (CTPRM - SC) meetings and ensure all discussions/ actions are documented and communicated to all CTPRM-SC members, track to closure and highlight significant items to Regional TPM Office. Work with BAO's/ TPO's/ Country Area Contacts/ Business Coordinators to ensure Common Intake Form (CIF) is appropriately reviewed for all outsourcing initiatives and is aligned with Third Party Management guidelines (including local regulatory as well as Citi policy before submission to Country TPM Committee) co-ordinate the Country TPM Committee approval process timelines, review proposal documentation and ensure timely approvals by the committee. Ensure Annual Due Diligence requirements are duly adhered to by all stakeholders including BAO/TPO for all Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs). Also ensure overdue ADDs are appropriately escalated to the CTPRM-SC as applicable. Point of contact for:
All regulatory and internal audit reviews related to Third Party governance
Global/regional/country level initiatives and projects related to TPM
Businesses and country management for Third Party governance
Share updates on:
In-country third party landscape including key risks arising from sources such as Information Security, Continuity of Business, ICRM, Operational, Fraud, legal, etc. (to the CTPRM-SC, In-country management and Regional TPM Office)
Regular updates on changes / modifications to the local Citi policies impacting TPM to relevant stakeholders, including Regional TPM Office and CTPRM-SC.
Lessons learnt from past audits, best practices and emerging trends.
Support dissemination of country specific laws and regulations related to TPM in conjunction with ICRM and Legal to Global/Regional TPMO, BAO, TPO, TPU. Ensure that process exists to monitor and review compliance to any regulatory change and communication of any non-compliance to CTPRM-SC and Regional TPM Office, and relevant updates are incorporated in the Country TPM Program document wherever applicable. Perform root-cause analysis of key indicators breaches along with BAO/ TPO's and track for effective closure. Escalate pending Cross Border Data Clearances to CTPRM-SC. Escalate any significant exceptions highlighted in the TPM Dashboard to CTPRM-SC / BAOs/ TPOs/ TPU etc. for appropriate resolution. Proactively escalate any significant issues on TPM from Regulatory exams/ Internal Audits /self-identified reviews etc. to country management (in relevant forums such as CCC, BRCC, etc.), CTPM-SC, Regional TPM Office (as may be appropriate) on a timely basis. Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers including sub-contractors leveraging on the Inventory template shared by the Regional TPM Office duly aligned with local regulatory requirements, as applicable.
