The Platform Implementations Support Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new team members. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Primary functions include UAT Testing Environment Management, System Setups, System issue resolution/follow up and Inbound/Outbound processing for Full Suite platform as well as oversight of standard development life cycle of business and technical initiatives and over-all status follow-up and communication.
The Implementations Support Analyst will provide primary support for the Mexico Financial Full Suite (FFS) platform and any other system as part of Finance Transformation or Consent Order requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure proper controls are applied with comprehensive SDLC support of the financial applications including business and functional requirements gathering, UAT testing, interfacing with developers, IT infrastructure teams, project teams, and business to facilitate the successful development, delivery and production support of business and technical initiatives.
Provide oversight and coordination across various support functions within FRSS, Country, Finance and Technology
Act as a liaison and provide a linkage between technology and the business in the event for process design and execution of project and initiatives.
Provide escalations support for complex case scenarios; Offer subject matter level advice and solutions.
Responsible for maintaining and providing key implementation testing metrics and reporting.
Drive and lead the support for on-going key projects and initiatives driven by various stakeholders.
Responsible for daily and month-end status reporting to key stakeholders and senior leaders for applications supported by self and global team.
Provide accurate and relevant inputs to standard post-mortem communications and decks covering issues and project status.
Participate and support in the definition phase, design phase, configuration and development phase, the UAT phase and the Go Live phase of the project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years professional work experience
3+ yrs. in a system support or system implementations environment.
Team Management Experience a plus
Knowledge of client server technology, data warehousing and reporting/accounting/analyst skills
Strong Excel skills required; MS Access desired
Experience with enterprise applications, SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Basic Knowledge on Data Base structures a plus.
Ability to support non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays as determined by Finance * Knowledge of Bank Products and Accounting
