At least 2 to 3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in the Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
Graduate of a Bachelors Degree
C1 and above language profile
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
Certifications in training and development are a plus
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Stakeholder management
Coaching and mentoring
Core Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) products and services
Training Needs Analysis:
Expertise in identifying training needs through various methods
Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure ROI, and make data-driven improvements
Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management:
Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics
Ability to work with QA and operations teams to align training with business goals and compliance standards
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
