The Assistant to the Vice President is the one responsible for monitoring the Internal Operations projects and processes are being executed effectively in accordance with the strategic plan laid out by the Vice President for Internal Operations. The position will also be responsible for the Vice President's schedules, documents for signature, memo drafting, and other administrative functions provided by the VP.
Qualifications:
4-year degree in BS Accountancy or related fields
Preferably CPA with at least 3 years experience in audit and was able to lead or handle a significant part of the audit engagements or projects.
Strong/excellent track record in project management and execution.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced MS Excel and PPT proficiency.

Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic initiatives within the divisions by leading them and reporting results back to the VP for Internal Operations
Manages or coordinates execution of the strategic initiatives of the Division as assigned by the VP
Assists the VP in effectively conserving time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communication
Organizes calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
Coordinates with other Division or Department Heads on assigned matters on behalf of the VP
Carries out other duties as necessary, which may include simple tasks such as organizing projects or primary documents and making phone calls
