The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the day-to-day operations with the Senior Engineer.
Planning and preparing maintenance schedule for all machines to ensure smooth operation of the machines.
Ensuring proper scheduling for inspecting, testing & replacing accessories of pump, compressor, generator, ancillary equipment & other machineries.
Supervising preventive & breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot the machinery involved in the production.
Assembling and installing machines or equipment as and when required.
Preparing and maintaining proper documentation for daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
Ensuring all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented and properly implemented.
Communicating with supply chain department for arranging required spare parts.
