The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and the respective design documents.
Managing the design deliverables from client and designers to contractors.
Reviewing contractor works program and resource plan.
Attending weekly site meetings during the construction phase of the works.
Providing advice during construction of the project and issue further notices, clarifications and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project.
Investigating site problems related to the consultants' design documents and developing solutions, in cooperation with other professionals, to overcome the problems as appropriate.
Providing regular reports on the progress of work.
Reviewing all as built documentation and technical manuals for completeness.
Conducting periodic inspection of the works and preparing reports as necessary of any outstanding issues to be dealt with by the alliance contractor indicating whether the works are in accordance with the design intent as expressed by the design documents.
Coordinating with ELV and electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
Monitoring of ELV installation quality.
Communicating and problem solving in relation to installation work.
About you
With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. With 5 years' experience in all associated ELV systems. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
