We are looking to employ a highly driven individual to assist our sales operation within assigned area or industrial sector. Their responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales engineer.
Other Job Responsibilities:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- With at least 5 years Managerial experience in Sales
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Willing to do field work and travel

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
