*Assist to plan, direct, organize and control the work of the Purchasing Department.
*Ensure the implementation of the purchasing policies.
*In-charge to control major purchases and make certain that the procurement of materials and services comply with the Purchasing Guidelines.
*Oversee the updates with the new materials and techniques. Recommend more cost-effective measures to engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.
*Thoroughly understand the materials and service needs of the Company.
*Establish a reliable supply sources and back-up sources to ensure uninterrupted construction work.
*Assist to solicit competitive bids and award contracts on the basis of profitability, emphasizing quality and ability to delive.
