We are looking for a people-centric and data-driven Assistant Project Manager to help oversee our learning project as well as lead a team of Instructional Designers in creating valuable, reliable, and engaging content for part-time associates to help them upskill and keep up with the ever-evolving demands of our global clientele.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Instructional Designers and Project Coordinators;
Oversee course/content development, ensure that timelines are met and deliverables are beyond satisfactory;
Review project deliverables, plan out/provide feedback for iterations;
Work with the Training & Development Manager in conducting timely needs analyses to determine what content/courses need to be developed based on data and trends;
Analyze and interpret data, determine/oversee the progress of the project and its success metrics, as well as come up with next actions to improve them;
Create project timelines, project plans, allocate resources, determine/assess risks, and create contingency plans;
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders and maintain a good feedback loop;
Devise engagement projects for learners and oversee implementation and delivery; and
Determine the need for, recruit, and select Subject Matter Experts to work with Instructional Designers in order to create more advanced content.
Requirements
Must have at least 1-year experience in team or people management and project management
Must have experience in training, e-learning, or at the very least able to understand people's motivations and thought processes
Solid understanding of different training/learning styles for different types of learners
Ideally has experience in instructional design, or at least an eye for good/effective design and layout
Proficient and extremely comfortable working with data (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Airtable)
Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, strong data analysis skills
Solid knowledge in course development software and at least one Learning Management System;
C2 English Proficiency, oral and written
Highly organized, superior attention to detail
Able to work independently, able to make a detailed, well thought out plan based on a rough idea/concept
Quick learner, easily adaptable, can keep up with a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, experience working in a startup is a plus
