Description
Assists in the construction planning in the development of projects that covers site
investigation, scheduling, construction methodology, cash flow preparation and pre-planning
control program to formulate a most efficient and economical project construction.
Assists in monitoring of quantity and quality control of materials which includes testing of
materials that pertain to the project.
Prepares quantity estimate and take-off of materials for the proposed project.
Monitors all materials that shall conform with the design drawings and specifications and reject
those that will affect the service ability of such.
Evaluates combination of different materials which are to be used for different portion of the
proposed work.
Willing to be assigned in Pasay city.
