Assistant Programme Manager, Visual Arts- International Training & Development Company, Metro Manila, Philippines
A premier international training and development company is setting up its office in the Philippines and is in need of Assistant Programme Manager for Visual Arts to join its team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Head of Innovation, will be working with the Programme Manager and supports the Enterprise Team with the conceptualization and pitching of programmes, curriculum development support and trainers deployment for confirmed training projects in their specific area of specialization. Visual Arts programmes cater to primary and secondary school students with a variety of year-long courses and short courses. Main programme categories are painting, sculpting and printmaking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably with Education units
Three (3) years experience in a training or teaching position in visual arts
Experience in training and curriculum development in visual arts
Excellent English written and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Has the ability to represent the company to prospect clients
Willingness to travel
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
