YOUR MISSION
This role is to lead, plan and monitor marketing communications activities in Philippines to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. This includes:
Drive seasonal marketing initiatives aligned with Global brand narrative
Lead and implement communication planning strategy within country that aligns with market requirements
Implement integrated communication plans aligned with SEA marketing seasonal initiatives and product stories. Create and implement activations to engage PUMA target audience in markets to ensure brand visibility and engagement.
Lead and build extensive marketing plans for all Philippines key retailers, ensuring all brand and commercial KPIs are met.
Establish good support for Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale teams for Philippines
Effective management of external agencies in PR to ensure consistent coverage for Philippines and for successful activations/events.
Maintaining good relationship with related Media and PUMA Influencers.
Effective management media agencies to ensure effective/efficient strategy for key initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
Develop a network and build relations with key influencers and atheletes in Philippines to drive brand credibility. Promote the brand's attractiveness by connecting with early adopters and opinion-leaders with a continuous flow of product stories. Drive effective product seeding to key influencers.
Be in tune with latest industry trends as well of updated digital / social media strategy.
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
4-5 years experience in Marketing and related
Exposure to handling consumer brands and agency experience is a plus
Must be familiar with Media Planning and Creative Development
Must have good creativity & innovation, planning & organizing skills
Competent communication/listening skills
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus
Good proficiency in MS Office
