Purpose/ Mission:
Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager in effectively planning and implementing Marketing campaigns according to the Marketing Calendar, ensuring visual merchandising & omnichannel standards to maximize sell-through performance in DTC (Own Retail) and Wholesale doors.
Drive sell-through by effectively implementing retail space projects in key doors (online & offline) according to best practices and in a consistent, cost-effective and premium way.
Accountabilities
Functional
Be consumer centric, drive sell-thru
Be the resource for VM across categories with full alignment with SEA/APAC and PH Marketing (especially Omnichannel)
Assist in planning and rolling out campaigns according to the SEA/APAC Marketing Calendar
Timely and impactful implementation in mono and multi-branded stores.
Timely and resourceful co-ordination with VM outsource.
Manage VM including monthly route plan in adidas controlled/selling area with the
co-ordination and help from the DTC/Wholesale team * Monthly rollout VM trainings, measuring its effectiveness
Support in developing omnichannel process with focus on digital solutions
Support in driving and initiating exciting consumer experience online & offline
Support Key Trading Zone attack in cooperation with channels
Support in planning, developing and implementing bespoke campaigns for local needs
Assist in managing, monitoring and effectively spending assigned MWB
Set up sell-in event according to the agreed category/brand message from Omnichannel
Submit RTM monthly report to SEA/APAC and share country best practices
Follow global and SEA/APAC guidelines
Lead special projects if assigned
People
Full integration with country Marketing/DTC/Wholesale teams
Compliances
To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings
Support SEA/APAC changes and directions
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Professional background/ Experience
Functional: Preferably 3+ years' experience in trade and/or project management
Understanding of CE (Consumer Experience) practices & retail digitalization
Industry: Preferably in retail apparel/ fashion/ shoes or creative agencies
Cultural: Ability to work in an international environment
Exposure: Sports, fashion, music
Education: Degree in Marketing, Design or related area, Background in Creatives will be an advantage
Technology: Outlook - Advanced, Word - Advanced, Excel - Advanced, PowerPoint - Advanced, other design software/apps intended for creative output
