Co-ordinate First Line teams responses to each attestation answering queries and facilitating understanding of the exercise and questions; ensure regular contact throughout the process.
Maintain a close working relationship with second- and third-line teams to ensure a seamless feedback loop to first line teams during attestation reviews.
Secure accountable executive sign-off on behalf of each first line teams' SME's submissions.
Ensure LCH signing officers (CRO & COO) remain aware of issues throughout the process ('Close contact' principle)
Coordinate the 3LoD reviews across second- and third-line SMEs, acting as intermediary to the first line teams, maintaining trackers for each (as process control and evidential items) and conducting workshops with each 3LoD accountable sub-team.
Maintain calendar of all central bank attestations to assist 3LoD resource planning and other governance-related materials.
Central Bank Management
Work with Operations Management to draft and submit the compliance certificates.
Establish responsibility and accountability for non-compliance remediation and ensuring central bank understanding and acceptance of LCH's position on each.
