Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Take business objectives and translate into a metrics-driven communications strategy, combining online and offline resources to deliver the right message, at the right time, via the right channel
Develop recommendations for customization of campaigns and activities cascaded from a global level and replicated to Asia region
Contribute to marketing process design, redesign and optimisation - using best practice methodologies and customer insights
Plan multi-touch contact strategies/user journeys across a variety of on and offline channels - in particular email, websites, ecommerce platforms
Participate and collaborate on specific workstreams involving digital marketing both on a regional and global level
Supervise a team of Digital Marketing Specialists by overseeing their workload, assign projects, prioritise tasks and develop them professionally
Supervise your team's project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution
Requirements:
5 to 7 years directly relevant experience (of which at least 3 would be in a strategic marketing role)
Solid B2B digital marketing experience, preferably with clients or agencies in the high-tech sector
Familiarity designing processes and communications that take advantage of marketing automation platforms, database structures, CRM systems, website content and ecommerce
Excellent verbal and written English language communications skills - able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to a senior audience
Experience in Eloqua, Brandmaker, eCommerce and Google Analytics preferred
Proven experience of successfully managing projects

Vision, creativity and drive to be able to spot an opportunity for enhancement with the passion and knowledge to see this through to completion
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, able to be productive in multi-cultural, virtual work environments where team members might be based in different countries
