Purpose:
Team HR IT supports the global convergence agenda, delivering efficiencies & complexity reduction, continuously improving the available process & technology solutions and ensuring internal and external benchmarking. They are the functional experts who will deliver integrated process & technology design, satisfying business needs, and ensuring compliance with the overarching process and service strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Work with the Security administrators & downstream teams to define & implement required changes in Workday
Ensure security integrity of Workday as a single-source of truth system and support sustenance of integrity of other linked platforms
Capture, review, & act upon (including testing & assessing impact of) bi-annual Workday releases related to Security
Liaise with Global Process Owners on change impact
Provide team leadership to Security Administrators in both day-to-day work plans and personal career goals/development - including recognizing opportunities to build teams' knowledge, skills and business understanding
Set key performance indicators of the team and ensures that key responsibility areas are managed efficiently and excellently
Actively work and support resolution of issues escalated; managing incidents, tracking ticket status and partnering with support teams to resolve
Identify and recommend process areas that could be simplified, improved or changed; to enhance user experience and drive simplification
Champion for Security-related topics in Workday Community
Overall accountable for the set-up, configuration, and maintenance of all security groups & roles; all domain & business process security policies; custom domains and tenant-wide security configurations; tenant-wide standards on managing objects related to Security
Provide support in maintaining training activities and materials, including user guides, FAQ, recorded demos, portal content, etc
Overall accountable for the delivery of the CI (Continuous Improvement) projects on time and budget within Access and Security service line
Ensure robust controls are in place for security and access to systems and enabling technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree holder with 3-4 years of Workday implementation, administration, and support experience
Strong knowledge on Workday Security module (Workday Security Pro preferred)
Experienced in Cloud-based Human Resources Management Systems with strong functional HR experience, Business Partnering and Project Management
Experience in using ServiceNow for Incidents, Change Management, and Demand Management is appreciated
Knowledge of HCM design, structure, functions and processes
Ability to work, deliver and contribute to a matrix global team
Amenable to work in a hybrid setup
