Prepares and reviews costs pertaining to labor and materials of fabricated/assembled parts
Assumes responsibility for the discipline, training, work, and performance of his men under his supervision
Monitors and maintains optimum inventory level of local parts/materials at all times
Coordinates with the Installation Department regarding feedback on defective local parts/materials and implements necessary countermeasures
Prepares and submits manufacturing reports as required by his superior in relation to his work
Performs other manufacturing-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Must have at least 5 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing and assembly of elevator and escalator parts
Must have excellent communication skills, both in oral and written English and Filipino
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and demonstrates a strong leadership ability
Can read and interpret technical manufacturing drawings.

Prepares monthly Production schedule based on shipment and/or installation of elevator/escalator equipment
Assigns job orders for each job
Gives instructions, inspects, and follows up on the progress of reports
