RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Company's global blocklist and alert list systems to ensure that the Company does not deal with entities and associated individuals which may bring disrepute or expose the Company to legal, compliance or reputational risks.
Help develop and review policies, SOPs, maintain and revise manuals and other internal documents.
Provide routinary legal advice on business-related transactions and activities
Research, analyze and interpret proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations
Identify, monitor and address other issues of legal risk
QUALIFICATIONS
Admitted to the Philippine Bar
0-3 years legal experience derived from a law firm or in-house environment
Exemplary English language and presenting skills
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
Exemplary attention to detail and time management skills
Able to work with technological tools and digital processes
