Job Description:
The Assistant Key Accounts Manager sustain and nurture solid relationships with the company's key clients. They utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions, supported by analytical data analysis to achieve key clients' long-term goals. This position will be the direct contact person for the existing key customers of the company and should be able to acquire and expand new key accounts customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for successfully delivering sales targets in adherence to the goals, set budget and profitability measures by the company.
Grow the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the products and services provided and continuously identifying new business opportunities for key clients.
Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
Communicates and collaborates with all other departments and support groups to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Develops a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepares customized solutions.
Negotiates contracts with key clients and meets established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Analyze and show sales potential and work out new market strategies and plan various sales and marketing measures for key client's business improvement in connection with the goals and strategies of the company.
Be well informed about markets, products, industry and technical developments that can impact the growth of key clients.
Be able to develop effective customer strategies and successfully mediate between the management and existing customers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
Proven experience in key account management.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, google sheet and canva.
The ability to build rapport with key clients.
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
