• Bachelor's degree in business and/or Accounting
• CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience required.
• Must have 5 years' experience as an Asst Finance manager or Accounting manager
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Have experience in financial analysis and strategic planning roles
• Can generate full sets of books of account
• Can generate / prepare full sets financial statements.
• Can interpret financial statements
• Exposure to Financial/Regulatory Audit
• Can prepare tax returns (preferably but not required for SG or HK)
• Experience in budgeting/Financial Planning and analysis.
• Experience in ZOHO, SUN and HYPERION is a plus.
• Understanding of other areas of finance as will become the focal point - AR, AP, IC, Treasury etc
• Good communication skill; detailed oriented.
• Must have excellent written and oral English communication skill.
• Can work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• Must have strong working knowledge of system and procedures to increase business efficiency.
• Needs to be proficient in excel, Needs basic proficiency in Word (or equivalent) and Power Point.
• Experience working directly with the executive leaders of a company is a plus.
