ASSISTANT COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The assistant compliance officer reports and assist the compliance officer in ensuring that ALIAC establishes and maintains an effective, best practices compliance and integrity program, to prevent and detect violations of law and other misconduct, and to promote ethical practices and a commitment to compliance with the law.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Extend help to the Compliance Officer in reviewing and testing of the ALIAC's policies and procedures;
Responsible for completing any other projects as assigned;
Assist in monitoring policies and regulations duly issued by the government;
Partner with other departments to enhance governance processes;
Assist with compliance initiatives, as needed;
Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and submissions;
Draft responses to inquiries and requests;
Generally assisting Compliance Officer/s and Top Management in the execution and administration of the regulatory Compliance Program;
Maintaining compliance monitoring (and related) reports, including in respect of supervised personnel, compliance calendar, and others;
Assisting with the maintenance, organization and filing of compliance books & records.
