Ensures the proper management and administration of employee benefits and assists employees' concerns pertinent to benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and maintains procedure for the administration process of employee benefits
Develops and maintains a system of procedures to administer the employee benefits program
Develop and prepare communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures and any other government mandated disclosures
Reviews existing benefits and policy as needed
Introduces new benefits processes, collects feedback about the performance benefits processes and develops / 6. implements the process improvements
Analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, and options available through insurance and determine best benefits programs suited to the needs of the organization
Handles administration of Group Personnel Accident Insurance of all employees
Ensures that all employees are enrolled under the Group Personnel Accident Insurance coverage
Process timely payment of insurance premiums
Facilitates all accident claims and requirement of employees
Handles administration of benefits such as variable pay, and allowances i.e. representation, housing, relocation, meal and transportation
Coordinates with supplier and handles release of uniform and clothing allowance
Provides answers to employee concerns related to access and entitlement to compensation and benefits
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proficiency in MS Excel
Detail oriented and willing to work extended hours to finish tight deadlines
