You will be responsible for :
Monitoring account balances and highlight outstanding debts and payments
Gathering all documentation and ensuring data is inserted into accounting system accurately to complete bank reconciliations
Checking credibility of all payments received
Following up on payment reminders
Ensure all accounting records are updated as required
Voicing out areas of improvement in AR process
The Profile
You have a degree in Accounting and 1 year experience in an Accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. You have good communication skills, are meticulous and reliable to deliver outstanding quality of work. You are a strong team player and willing to take on responsibilities when required.
