Qualifications:
• Graduate of any four (4) year Business related course.
• At least one (1) year work experience as Admin Assistant or any work relevant to the role.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
• Primarily responsible for the asset inventory under the supervision of the Asset Manager
• Prepare and tag barcodes to fixed assets and maintain asset records.
• Responsible for recording the cost of newly acquired fixed tangible and intangible assets, track existing fixed assets, calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets, and accounting for the disposal of fixed assets.
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out accounts once projects have been completed.
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger.
• Apply for business permit renewals and other documents for registration.
