Job Description ​Asset Management Manager
Location: Taguig
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager/Senior Manager with a proven track record to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering end-to-end Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) client engagements. Key responsibilities include:
Problem Identification and Resolution:
Identify and solve enterprise asset management problems related to strategy, processes, technology, and governance.
Business Case Development:
Develop business cases for EAM solutions, guiding clients through their EAM journey.
EAM Solution Implementation:
Assist clients in implementing comprehensive EAM solutions, covering Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, MoC, and digital solutions.
Innovative Solutions:
Drive solutions for optimizing asset lifecycle management, work planning, collaborative maintenance programs, EH&S, and improved Safety and Change Management.
Client Training and Consulting:
Provide training to clients for capability building and actively participate in sales activities, including responding to RFPs.
Client Account Management:
Manage client accounts and relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Experience:
Manager: 10+ years
Senior Manager: 15+ years
Industry Expertise:
Strong experience in delivering EAM and Work Management Transformation projects.
Skills and Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Asset Management practices, ISO 14224, and related areas.
Technical Competencies:
Experience with EAM platforms (SAP, Maximo, Infor).
Leadership in team setup, customization, and implementation of EAM modules.
