SERVICE DELIVERY Oversee Fixed Assets end-to-end Fixed assets operation for NALA Monitor and ensure that Gauss reporting, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation are on-time Finance Tickets processed within the agreed SLA. Monitoring of the team performance to meet and exceed KPI target set by the organization Provide support in the Internal/External Audit You handle escalations, perform advanced processing for specific Asset activities of a more complex/sensitive nature and provide sign-offs or approvals where needed. Partnership with Local Finance Organization and other MBS Worsktreams to provide a quality output and maintain the integrity of the Fixed Assets Accounting Data. Partnership with Process Management Team to streamline, harmonize and standardize Fixed Asset processes accross regions. Provide guidance and support for issue resolution. PEOPLE Provide mentoring and performance feedback to the team members to achieve their career and individual objectives. Encourage the team members to perform and maximize all resources available to seek out better ways of performing the processes and contribute to the process excellence initiatives. Ensure Succession planning and back-up system is in place Achieve 100% participation rate in the EES survey and reduce attrition Hiring and on-boarding Fixed Assets specialists and accountants PROJECTS: Involvement in the Fit Gap Analysis for Asset Accounting Transformation projects Identify and on-board resources for Transformation Projects Encourage the team members to perform and maximize all resources available to seek out better ways of performing the processes and contribute to the process excellence initiatives.
