About the Job * Contribute to establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve the ESH local management system in compliance with international standards and local procedures
Plan, coordinate and participate management inspection/ onsite inspection/ ESH audits included regulatory compliance annually/ reviews and assist with independent or external audits/ reviews. Facilitate audits/reviews including follow-up and close out
Provide onboarding ESH training for new site ESH hires and as needed training for other employees and contractors
Provide ESH technical design review and recommendation per global and local requirements
Support training, incident investigation, emergency drill, ESH plans, audits (internal/ external), hazard management, ESH events, and ESH committee meeting.
Maintain site accreditation and support the achievement of external and internal assessment e.g ISO 14001, OHSAS18001,RBA
Provide technical support to site ESH specialist
Involve in reviewing ESH legislative requirements and TI standards applicability and implementation for the site
Coach and assist site in performing qualitative and quantitative analysis. Review and discuss technically on assessment results by external assessor
Conduct Risk assessment based on machine technology and engage operation team on results
Skills / Certifications:
Bachelor or above degree in engineering majors, e.g. safety engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineer.
CIH, CSP or equal certificate is preferred.
Over 5 years in Safety/IH field. Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong solid knowledge of ESH regulations of Philippines, as well as international codes, relevant OSHA requirements and SEMI guidelines.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30% of time when required.
Fluent command of English communication.
Ability to develop a strong working relationship with local government agency, various management teams, first line supervisors and employees.
