We need a skilled Art Manager like you to distinguish our growing international team in Manila.*

As an Art Manager at Play'n GO, you will:
Lead and grow your team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, inspiring, feedback and hands-on personal career development
Manage and oversee the Art and Concept TLs within their region, the daily performance of direct reports, and communicate outside of their assigned region in art related issues.
Responsible for leading the regional art organization's Art team leads and Concept Art TLs
Art Manager upholds and helps define the best practices, the workflows and processes of their assigned region.
Be an active member of the Art leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organization to ensure quality, efficiency as well as continuous improvement.
Establish and uphold best practises for art, as well as ensuring continuous improvement and development in line with industry standards
Be responsible for fonts and art assets purchases.
Be responsible for Digital Asset Management implementation and maintenance
Bring new ideas, innovation and training in art software, tools and art creation techniques.
Foster an open and transparent culture to collaborate in the teams and between the other art regions (and departments)
Manage team to ensure high performance by meeting/aligning business goals
Work actively to enable synergies and innovations in the art department globally
Ensure team's compliance with processes and aligns activities
Communicate, lead and implement change as per business requirements
By meeting/aligning business goals, focus the team on effective execution of delivery, strategy, and high performance
Enhance team's competence and skills through training plans
Act as representatives for the company in both internal and external dealings
Uphold and advocate the Company values and adherence to Company rules and regulations.
Ensure team's alignment to the Play'n GO culture
Regularly provide and receive open and constructive feedback on performance, behaviour and skill
Conduct performance and salary reviews according to the company's current policies and processes and in cooperation with Human Resources and Reporting Manager.
Escalate employee issues to Human Resources
Drive recruitment activities for the team, building and executing a strategy to hire the best-in-class candidates
Travel domestically and/or internationally for business as needed.
Our Art Manager MUST have:
At least three (3) years of experience leading Art / Illustration Teams, preferably in Gaming
An online portfolio of your artwork to submit for our review and amazement
Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC products
