MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Contribute by having strong conceptualization and communication skills combined with exceptional proficiency with design, layout, typography, and animation. Work with copywriters to ensure visual tone and style are consistent with copy tone and style. Generate ideas for assigned clients within the agency, and manage assigned project execution.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to partner with copywriters to ensure art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
Work with copywriters to ensure visual tone and style are consistent with copy tone and style
Create high quality visual content and generate new and innovative ideas by collaborating with internal staff, utilizing personal creativity, skills and experience
Take initial responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
Prepare creative presentations to the client
Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to assist their needs through identifying key areas of improvement on contents.
Applies knowledge of relevant applications and computer technologies to complete various tasks eg: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Experience in ATL, BTL, and Digital Campaign Creation
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite version6, Profiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash Animation, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere.
Strong conceptual, strategic, and multi-channel messaging ideas
Should be able to work well under stress and time pressure and deliver quality output within the deadline given.
Must possess high attention-to-detail and a sense of balance in layouts.
Must be creative, and able to receive critic from team mates or superior.
Must be a team player and work well with others.
