About the Role
This is for a Specialist role with responsibility of Aris and link to other Process solutions.
Handling the Aris solution regarding to support, maintenance, request for changes and participation in the projects. Furthermore, supporting the business in maturing the set up and implementation of processes for the different areas in roadmap.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Development, implementation and maintenance of the Aris solution in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines. Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding to the Aris solutions
Supporting the Aris solutions by handling support tickets
Solving and implementing continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency.
Participate in projects for development of and roll out of the solutions
Contribute in shaping the roadmap for the future and implement it and promote development and deployment of existing and new solutions
In collaboration with the business onboard, train and implement new areas and their processes into Aris Engage into other Process solutions, to support and secure link to Aris
Information Services technical representative and Participate in subject-matter expert Group meetings (SMEG)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivelant
Preferred experienced HR IT Consultant (3-5 years) with previous experience in a global/international organization
Good knowledge of HR solutions (preferably based on SAP)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
Experience from a global/international organization
Skilled understanding of HR value chains and processes
