About the Department
You will join the Obesity Business Unit team, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2021. This position will be based in Metro Manila, and will report to the Obesity Business Unit Director.
The position
As an integral member of the Obesity Business Unit, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
Overseeing the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics
Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory; reach the targets and goals set for your area
Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
Develop sales strategies and setting targets; and collect customer feedback and market research
Qualifications
A college degree preferably Science related
You must be able to demonstrate proven sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Passion to drive performance and coaching
High performer and successful in the current role
Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of the disease area would be an additional advantage
Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage
Willing to be mobile
High business ethics mindset
