Description
Oversees and monitors the daily activities of technical group
Ensures that trouble calls for Luzon are attended soonest possible time.
Ensure all equipment in good working condition and properly maintained.
Ensure to promptly attend to pump and tank trouble calls and other related concerns.
Ensure quality control on tanks prior to delivery
Ensure all that all pumps per station are calibrated.
To ensure that all technical services and concerns are properly coordinated.
Recommends pump and tanks purchase requisition.
Regular coordinates with Ports area to ensure compliance of technical division staff to requirements of Head office.
Recommends all mechanical repair related items.
Recommend replenishment of spare parts inventory / procurement of items for implementation of various works of the technical division.
Asses / Analyze / Recommends needed works to be done.
Conducts training for staff re Preventive Maintenance & Mechanical & Technical parts & functions of the station.
Prepares monthly budget and supplies of the division.
Prepares monthly summary of expenses per technician and per station.
Monitoring actual works needed to be implemented such as E10 conversion, UGT Calibration, Hydro testing and Tank cleaning.
Conducts research for alternative ways to make the job more economical / beneficial to company.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): Tagalog ,English
